v0.5.4 Release

First ever public release of PhyGS is here. Developed on and designed for EH 1.12.0.
General overview:

• Rebalance of everything - battle settings, ship layouts and modifications, components and modifications, captain perks - nothing was left unchanged
• New factions - 5 new original factions
• Visual overhaul - new and improved sprites for most things
• Localization overhaul - most is rewritten from scratch, vanilla ones as well

Direct changes of 0.5.4 compared to 0.5.3:

• 1.12 compatibility without any placeholder solutions
  
• Revert of quests to more vanilla-like state
• Rebalances and fixes of some components and tech trees
• More ship builds
• Some new components and improved sprites
• Other 1.12 features: custom menu image, music and UI theme, reworked component modifications, captain perks, and more
